Return Policy

Return Information For Stablecamper Sets and Stablecamper Accessories:

Stablecamper sets can be returned 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the set must be new, unused and in its original packaging.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. To setup a return, please email info@stablecamper.com to obtain a return authorization. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on all returns. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection before the refund is processed. 
 
Return Information For Truck Box Orders:

Each truck box order is considered custom as they are submitted individually to our manufacturer and then drop shipped to the specified delivery location. If there are any questions about the order please let us know before the order is placed.  Once the order is placed, and the boxes have shipped, returns are subject to review and must occur within 30 days of receipt of the boxes.  After 30 days, this policy is null and void. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and you will be responsible for all shipping expenses including the cost to ship the boxes back to Stablecamper. All adjustments are based on the cost at the time of purchase and the boxes must be in saleable condition. The boxes will be inspected for damage upon receipt to Stablecamper.  If the boxes are received in good, re-saleable condition, we will send a refund.
In the unlikely event there is shipping damage. Do not accept the delivery. Refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If the boxes are defective, save the pallet and all the packaging material and contact us as soon as possible within 7 days.
Do NOT return the product until we send you a return authorization form and a return shipping address. Ship to us in the original box with all packing.
